JLTDC05 leaking water from condenser?

My JLTDC05 (I believe this is a Zanussi in disguise for John Lewis) is leaking water, I took the panels off and found the fan was blowing water from the condenser itself and onto the floor, any idea why it has started to do this

if the water bottle is at the top then there is a pump at the bottom left which may of failed/blocked.if the bottles at the bottom. valve may be block with fluff
