HOW CAN I FIX MY IVECO DAILY VAN?

THE STEERING IS VERY HARD TO TURN ON MY IVECO DAILY VAN. WE HAVE REPLACED THE POWERED STEERING PUMP BUT THE STEERING I S STILL THE SAME.
