can any one help please. my zanussi jetsystem washer/dryer is just over a year old it has stoped doing anything exept drain. no mater what i set it to. dry/wash/spin/ it will only drain. i have empted the pump and looked at the filter nothing seams to be wrong there.there is no water in the machine now. if i fill the washing machine with a bucket of water it will drain as it should but it will not do any thing els.
just to clarify .this as a zanussi electrolux jetsystem 1400 7kg zwd14581s

cheers for that one ck. now im completly lost. take bake of. what i see is a washing machine drum a motor what looks like two pumps and my concret floor. dont spose you you could clarify. might be water in what base??

take the back off and look inside the cabinet base.If it has a leak and water is in the base this could be your problem
