Vivacity won't start?

It worked a couple weeks ago but then I didn't use it for a while and now it won't start. I've checked the levels and they're all fine. I don't have a manual so I dont know where to find the spark plugs, etc. Any thoughts?

it has one plug as its a single cylinder engine, its pretty well under the seat ,you can get to it with a 21mm plug socket from the right hand side of the bike(not kickstart side)or if its rtoo hard for you from there then lift the seat and undo the 4 10 hex headed bolts and take the fuel cap and oil tank cap off and lift the whole seat bucket out you can see it easily then its right on top of the engine under the ht cap.its a good start anyway changing the plug so your on the right path to fixing it,draining the carb off would be another good idea ifits been standing undo the small screw on the bottom of the carb it will be facing you on the kickstart side of the bike just under the airfilter box.undo it for 15 seconds and dont take the screw right out just 2 turns out ok.
