does it get very bright before it blows,?if you rev it up on the stand will it blow?are you using 12 volt or 6 volt bulbs and what wattage are you using i know they are a bosch bayonet bulb(ba 20) i think but they come in 25/25 watt 35/35watt and 45/45 watt and also a halogen conversion is avialable.is the headlamp secure or loose and are all of the bulbs from the same shop/garage ?this is a 12 volt machine.
