wash program finished and outer door remains locked and no fault codes shown. Can anyone help with an answer howto open it?

HI OPEN POWDER DRAW PRESSYELLOW BUTTON TO RELEASE POWDER DRAW,REMOVE POWDER DRAW.ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE OPENING THERE IS A SCREW TURN IT ANTI CLOCKWISE THIS WILL RELEASE OUTER DOOR.HOPE THIS HELPS.CHRIS.
