I did not know you had concrete on your washing machine drum but when i took of the lid i noticed it had concrete screwed on the top and bottom of the drum the part on the bottom of the drum has split so that when i am using it the machine makes a noise but it is still doing everything it should can i get hotpoint to fix this or will i need to get rid of the washing machine
