I have a 1999 Honda Accord and the battery went dead. I put a new one in and the alarm won't stop going off. How do I reset the alarm.

turn on ignition and push remote carry this out 4 times this reset your alarm

Connect battery, put key in drivers door lock, turn key all the way towards unlock, then lock. Remove key and unlock using remote.
It may actually be turn key to lock, then unlock, remove key and use remote, it's been a while since I had a Honda, but it was definitely done with the key in the door!!
