3ocxi will not shut off even when all controls are not calling for heat and radiators are still getting hot even with radiator stat on boiler turned to off. any ideas thanks

Glow worm panel showing F5. I know now that it is over heating problem but I need help on how to get it restarted. Please help.

there is a link on the circuit board of the worcester boilers that i fit that needs to be removed if a stat is to be wired in to the heating system, if the link is left in or the stat not wired correctly then you wont turn it off other than by the main switch or boiler stat
