How do I use the packman tool to open the stream line. Is there screws on the tool that you loosen. I need this infor to send to my daughter in Brazil. The tool can not be fixed in Brazil as we purchased it here in the U.S. They can not figure out what is wrong with it. Please send me an answer as I want to send out the packman tool so they can get their business going on. Thanks
