my rover 45 immobiliser has come on and it keeps asking for a security code which i dont have how can i de-mobilise it so it starts

The Emergency Key Access (eka) code is a four digit number on the security card which you should have received with the car, look through any documents, handbooks etc you have.
Failing that, go to your nearest xpart centre with the V5 and some I.D., they can get it from the database, cost about £15.
