The suspension spring came undone on my Creda Excel 1200 / Model No. W120VW Front Loader Washing Machine,and has shorted out the circuitry,as it fell against the circuit board.
Now it won't wash,it seems to have affected both filling and emptying.
Do I need a new circuit board,what is it's correct name and will this fix it ?
Also how much roughly will it cost to repair or replace ?
