alarm goes off when not set?

our alarm went off when it was not even set and when we deactivated it the tamper light stayed on and it would not reset, we switched off the mains and waited but it starts to ring and tamper light shows static and alarms goes off , help

If its faulty where do I buy a new one all the alarm systems come complete and I cannot just find new outside bell

Kate it dosent really matter what panel it is, The first thing normally to cause a tamper is the outside bell box, so that is where i would start, you can link it out in the control box if you feel confident,
