My Samsung ER-650 some of the keys are frozen and I cant ring out, any explanation.

I dont know, It just started out of the blue. Now when I scan any item, it will do but when I hit the cash button it beeps and says E/T/D required

Hi Rupa.
It is hard to say from this description. Can you give me more information? Which keys don't work?
If you are in a sale, try pressing CLEAR (CL or C), then press Subtotal and see if an amount shows on the display. Type that amount on the number pad and press CASH.
If that doesn't work, let me know what you last did before it got stuck and any other info you can
