mazda 6 and a lamp post..........lamp post won?

Can anyone give me advice on removing/replacing the front left corner of my mazda 6? I recently slid on some snow, hit a high kerb head on and walloped a lamp post. I need to replace wing, bumper, headlight and possibly suspension and/or steering.I'd prefer not to lose my no claims and fix it myself if possible.Cheers.

with that kind of heavy impact the car will need to go on a jig to check for any sub frame twisting and suspension /brake damage losing your no claims bonus is a small price to pay to know your car has been repaired properly and is safe to drive
