Beko Fridge keeps freezing contents?

What is the warmest setting between 1-10 that I can put my Beko fridge on. Recently it has started freezing the contents to the point a coke can exploded today!

1 is the lowest but if there isn't enough refrigerant to cause cooling of the stat then it will get to a very low temp in the fridge and freeze!
