When this happened to me in mine, I had to call the AA. He carefully masked up the paintwork around the top of the driver's door frame and prized open the top of the driver's door frame from the roof section using small inflatable bags (to create a gap) He then manipulated a long length of wire through the space, hooked the keys out of the ignition and withdrew them through the space he'd created. Pretty cool I thought - especially since I was miles from civilisation in a remote area of the Isle of Skye! I reckon he could have equally easily levered the inside door handle to gain entry. After this, he used his knee to bend the door back into shape! 100% successful. I reckon I could do it myself next time
