Zanussi Frost free fridge freezer?

Hi my freezer has stopped working,what is the most likely problem ? and is it an easy repair job ? There has been a rattling noise coming from the bole at the back.

Brian, unplug the appliance. Unscrew the panel at the back base ( about 5 or 6 screws ). vacuum all the dust. See if the fan turns.
CAREFULLY plug your appliance back in and see if your fan turns. If not it needs replacing.
