The "clean filter" light is triggered by a heat sensor next to the element. It's telling you that there is not enough air flow through the drum. Check if it's lit when when cold. If NOT, and the drum still ISN'T moving, then the problem is with the fan/motor and the motor electrics. That's as far as I've got. Any more help please.
