speedfight 2 speed problem?

i changed the tyres and now it wont go above 25mph.

The tyres are the same as originals and had a shop fit them. Also the exhaust is a gianelli reverse does this make a difference?

the exhaust is more than likely blocking the port with the gasket somehow or its full of exhaust paste?
