My DSG00001 has just suffered on/off switch failure but luckily in the ON position. I went to JL where we bought it who told us that De Longhi were repairing their equipment. Phoned them and this is not true. They had a tenuous agreement with Domotec but this does not include repairs or parts supply. I will make further enquiries and update.
