I have a problem with the boiler?

I have a problem with the boiler Potterton Suprima 50 for a nearly a week now. It locks out periodically. The boiler will run for a while with a constant green light. Then it will have a flashing green light and won't be lit, but after a while will fire up again with a constant green light. This will happen for up to an hour when the red flashing light comes on. Pressing reset gives a green and orange flashing light for a short while before it fires again with a constant green light. Then the same cycle happens. There have also been several times when it won't reset for about 15 mins. I will appreciate your advice, how much the job would cost please?

they have palmed many a customer off with these boards, like ^^^ he says, sign of board on way out is repeat resets getting more frequent until the day it dies and will not reset ever again, new board is full re-wire, board is around 162 + vat then expect a decent kind hearted engineer to charge a min of his hourly rate as it prob will take around 45mins as a average depending on access. Last one i done i charged 240 all in, just as a guide as i know many more are charging quite a bit more.
