will not start on key batterys ok. starter ok.no power to starter on small wire. there is no battery light on dash.batterys are charging at 27.86 volts.

starter interlock relay is not activated due to alternator circuit fault probably.
it is mounted at the side of the fuse box ,cables 8888 are starter ,7778 is altrnator w/l ,8879 ignition 24v feed .
try putting cable 7778 at alternator to earth this should allow you to start the vehicle and also if it brings on the alternator w/l then the alternator needs replaced.
