bosch WFF1401 washing machine is only washing cold regardless of temp. setting and programme even though hot connection is on. will this be a thermostat fault?
check the heater element most likely culprit it must have continuity across heater element ends with heater wires removed using a DMM meter .

It will have a heating element to heat the water - it will also have a thermostat to control the temperature the water is heated to - one of them will be defective. I would suspect the element before anything else - elements generally have a habit of failing - but I just guess.
