potterton system boiler?

I replaced the 3 port valve completely (valve and motor) However, I forgot to turn on the CH flow to the coil and the boiler locked out. Now that I've turned on the flow the boiler will not come on agin. What should I do? Thanks

Make sure sytem is full of water check if boiler has a reset button turn boiler stat off keep switching boiler on and off so pump purges air lock
