i have a scroller on the finger pad but now it wont work i have to use the sidebar/scroller to move pages up or down, i had this problem before went into control panal and fixed it but cant remember how

Installing drivers fixed this for me.
Go to HP website and search for drivers for your model.
You should see touch pad drivers or similar.
You have nothing to lose trying this.
