Diplomat ADP0530 softline 720G gas cooker low flame?

Does anyone know why the Diplomat ADP0530 softline 720G is low flame eventhough it is on full setting 9?

I have fixed it. the fault with the oven burner C/Cw FSD. I just replace it. It is working fine. I bought it for £69.99 at buy spares.
