help anyone out there can give me advice, ive got the 1100 eco shower system washing machine worked fine yesterday today the drum wont move when machine is on, does everything else just wont turn to wash or spin but it makes the noise it should and heats the water and drains, cleaned the filter, and outlet pipe is good. any help much appreciated as hubby got a skin infection and got lots to wash daily.

hi recon thanks for that but its doing everything except turning, got top off cant see any fan belt. not even at the bottom seems closed unit, help, also do you know where or how i can find out where and if its got brushes on it incase its them, hopefull june

check to see if belt not come off also check to see if can hear motor runnin if u cant then u need to replace carbon brushes
