Problem with Brother KH950i ?

On my KH950i main carriage, the two centre buttons (marked MC and L, for fair isle and punch lace knitting) can no longer be pushed in, either together or separately. No matter how hard I push or wiggle them, they are stuck solid, with not the slightest yielding. I hope someone will have some idea what's wrong, because there's no longer anyone who can service it.

Hi Inger,
There are still a few places that service and repair machines.
Try Heathercraft, Metropolitan, Undy Yarncrafts, Andeeknits - all on the Internet or Richard Jones on 01386 833339 evenings and weekends.
Hope you can get it fixed,
