how do i get on to pauls site ..i see everyone is thanking him for his help..i need to pull out the pump on my old fisher and paykel washer as its stopped draining..its a top loader.....i have drained all the water out with a saucepan and sponge but the pump seems not to want to budge..the repairman did this before and it was a ball of fluff clogging it..i rang him and he said to just pull off the pump..but i cant shift it..help please...ta very much...glenys
