how can i fix the central locking on my citroen saxo?

the central locking on my car is not working properly. it is a citroen saxo 1.6 vtr, phase 1. when i press the locking button the car locks and then unlocks itself twice then i have to manually lock it using the key. im guessing its to do with the sensors being out of place in one of the doors but this is just a guess. any ideas? thanks.

sounds like one of the motors in the doors has failed, I have the same prob with mine. can you lock both doors with the key on one side? the side you have to use the key on has the failed motor. i,ve been searchin for a while, if you could let me know where to piick one up cheaply it'd be great. joe.maher@mymeteor.ie
