have a peugeot v-click moped it will not start. dont know how to get at the spark plug to change it. also would like to drain petrol.

Drain fuel from Carb or tank?
Spark plug.... you generally have too lift the seat and remove the helmet storage or there may be a panel to remove around foot well. I used to have one but never needed to look. Change HT lead cap as well. Check out other answers on the forum about V clic.
