hi there, we have the Hinari hin001, my wife was using it as usual yesterday when it went to standby mode and will not budge form there, i have read the instructions and followed them to the letter, but with no luck, i have just tried again and the pannel shows, tree steam and a flashing standby icon HELP! i would truly value some assistance kind regards tony
