wot does E8 mean on mitsubishi xc-c20-y ? ?

my mitsubishi xc-c20-y industrial sewing is displaying e8 error code on control panel. how can i fix it?

It means that the sensors up at the handwheel do not agree with the number of steps that have been sent to the motor. In other words, the speed/position of the motor is different than where the handwheel sensors say it is. Mostly caused by jamming the machine while running.
