I own a Ford Galaxy 1.9 tdi and it never gets warm. ?

I have changed the theramastat but it never warms up unless on a very long run,The temp gauge is always low and the heater is cold

is the aux heater under the near side passenger door working?.This helps get the temperature up in the car and is a common issue.try joining
