\wat is a min head required for Aqualisa Aquarian Thermo Shower?

I have a gravity system with cold tank in the loft. Shower is in bath room on first floor and approx 1 metre head between shower valve and bottom of the tank. is this enough for a reasonable shower or do I need a pump.

You need to have 1 meter from the base of the cold tank to the top of the shower head! You can add a pump on if you want a higher flow rate, but from the sound of it... you have enough there!!!
