Fiat Punto 1.2 Y reg?

The gearbox is playing up, you can engage 2nd gear but when you accelerate it jumps out, all other gears work

Internal fault within your gearbox i'm afraid. It will need to be removed, stripped down and repaired or you could get a re-con gearbox fitted
