Removing the front wiper motor?

How do I remove the front wiper motor?
The intermittant wipe has stopped working so I need to replace the motor.

It runs on intermitant but does not complete the cycle, and the blade stops at different places, My friend told me that a couple of teeth are missing on the main pawl, and the cycle will stop at the same place when the pawl gets to where the teeth are missing, hence the new motor.
The wiper works on permanent fast and slow, but thats no good for motorway conditions where you need to clear the screen just now and then, especially after a truck passes you on a wet road.

if the motor runs ok on continuous wash wipe you do not need to remove the motor.there is a relay for intermitent wipe ,check this and all connections.hope this is of some help.
