How can I get a Cannon Gas cooker refurbished, electrics checked?

My Cannon bottom oven doesnt work because the elctrics have failed.
Rather than buy a poorer quality new cooker I want to get the current one refurbished, cleaned and reenamelled.

Am I asking the impossible?
