i would say then......the variator rollers are worn and have jammed in the variator so its literally stuck in high gear,get some new ones fitted they are only about a tenner look on ebay.

every thing on the bike is standerd its a 100cc and yes it just suddenley happend when i stopped at traffic lights. once i have rolled about 15 to 20 feet then it starts 2 accelerate

is it a 50 or 100. Also have you recently put any trick bits on it? Did it just suddenly start to do this. When you say pick up does it get to top speed? Does it do this when its hot and cold or just in the morning?
I would change plug first before anything
