After sales support is nonexistent at Polti.
After sales service from Polti is virtually non-existant. Even 'phoning them is difficult, since they do not answer - instead you leave a message and wait for a call back.... and wait .....and wait. Still waiting in fact. The service agents listed on the website do not want to even see the appliance, let alone repair it.
After sales service was very bad as at 360 pounds I had to buy a totally new iron system as the board will not work without the iron at a considerable cost. It was better to go back to old iron and board. Very poor if not none existant after sales.
