How to replace Heater Element on Bosch Washing Machine wfli2440gb?

Please can you tell me how to replace Heater Element on Bosch Washing Machine wfli2440gb. It keeps tripping the fuse box when it tries to do the wash program and we think we have narrowed it down to the heater element as a cold wash works and so does the rinse and spin programs.
