how can i make it go faster?

i have a 2.1 406 turbo diesel r reg,how do i make it faster than it is with out spending.

check accelerator cable is fully adjusted under bonnet. remove floor mats so you getting full revs. remove weight spare wheel back seats mother in law etc. use diesel injector cleaner. check air filter not dirty.
