Can you help? My otherwise trusty Beko WMA765 W washing machione has stopped spinning - if I try to rinse it will draw in but the drum will not turn. I have reset the system a couple of times but, it is still not having any of it. What do you recommend - do I need I new pump or drive belt?

Many thanks for your quick responses.I've taken the top off and the belt is sat correctly. I re-tried the system and still no drum spin movement. If I buy replacement brushes are they straight-forward to fix?

if you can see the belt by taking the top of make sure its on first if it is it would probably be the motor is faulty.

no motor rotation could be worn out brushes on motor,faulty motor,faulty control pcb,faulty wiring to motor
