flashing lights on the machine. The power on/off light flashes quite rapid and the rinse hold and mini load lights flash steadly. In the instruction booklet it says the filter may be blocked. I have taken this out and cleaned it and moved dial to drain but the lights just keep flashing. All hoses are fine and not blocked.
