Hello my Hotpoint TDC60 tumble dryer puts out no heat I have changed the two thermostat at the back and still no heat .

strangley if i bang the front the drier light comes on but does not heat then disapeers

HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
