I think your element has blown. On my electrolux oven i took the fan guard off, which is inside oven. This exposes the element, which you take off by removing four small self tapping screws. And unplug the element. Get replacement and reverse the above. The only trouble I had was 2 of the self tappers were siezed up, but with patience you will do it. Switch off oven first.
