Creda T622CW keeps fusing?

I've successfully replaced the termostats many times, but now it just keeps blowing the trip. Have I done something wrong?

if it blows the trip(by that I think you mean the circuit breaker on your consumer unit, (consumer unit means your main fuse box) ) Then there is a fault called a short circuit. IE a wire has come astray and current is either leaking to earth and not going correctly through the negative. This can also happen if the Negative incorrectly leaks to earth. This could be loose wires or a component may have deteriorated or melted down.

Same here. Turn it on and it goes for 20seconds or so then cuts out. looked at back of machine and found that the exhaltion vents in the back were completely blocked up with fluff. Cleared them out but still the same. Still cuts out after 2o or 30 seconds or so.
