My 1998 Ford Excort SE continually sound the warning chime even after I have buckled the seat belt. I have attempted to isolate where the warning chimes is originating and it seems to come from the circuit box down by the drivers foot area by my clutch pedal.

Please help! I have taken to many service places that can not seem to help.
