Not all questions get answered - it's a matter of luck and patience - if after 3 or 4 days there is no answer the chances of any response are very small.
Answered questions have a blue-filled radio button next to them - unanswered questions an open button.
Some people put their questions in the wrong category and are unable to get back to it - this question is in the Software - Instant Messaging section.
You do not say what your original question was - so you are no further on.
